    Comps reflect cumulative days on market

    If the comps would reflect the cumulative days on market (CDOM) instead of DOM it would be more realistic and helpful.

    When I'm setting up a comp search, I want to know the sold 'count' before the email is sent.

    When I'm setting up a comp search, I want to know the sold 'count' before the email is sent. This allows me to adjust the criteria and get enough results with fewer emails.

    Another possibility would be to get a warning if the 'count' is too low (less than four, maybe).

    I want to find a sales price from more than 24 months ago. In the past, I believe I?ve had options greater than 24 months in the comps.

    Better way to manage Property Notes

    1. A place to make some notes about a property that is saved with that property no matter when it pulls it up(multiple searches)
    2. A way to delete(or even hide) a property that I am not interested in.

    Capture more comps

    We commonly find Active and Sold comps on CMA reports that don't show up when we run Investway comps. From conversations with Tim, sounds like it's comps where agent listed improperly (Drive vs. Lane...), but it would be great to make the system more robust.

    Ability to disclude 'leased' properties

    More often than not, we don't look at this data. Results in clutter and a lot of wasted paper. Personally, I'd prefer that displaying Leased properties be defaulted as not showing up...unless I choose to see them.
